The Truth About The Birth Of Christ

Christmas was when God sent Jesus into the world. He was God’s perfect gift to us so he could conquer death for us so that we can live forever. Because of Jesus we will never grow old or die in the new world that God has planned for us. All we have to do is believe. Jesus is our Joy and Hope of an Eternal Destiny!

There has been some confusion over when Jesus was actually born. Apparently since the shepherds were out minding their flocks it seems unlikely that is was in the month of December, which is a very cold month. December is mostly the month when Jesus was conceived. When God overshadowed Mary and implanted the spirit of his son in her.

Here’s my take on the whole thing.

When Gabriel told may of her impending conception, it was around the sixth month of the Jewish calender which put it around March (Luke 1:26-38). That was when she became pregnant with the Holy Ghost which prepared her for the real pregnancy- this is the way of God. So nine months later, in December, following her spiritual pregnancy she became really pregnant with the Son of God which is the second nine months (a total of eighteen months). This leads to the birth of Jesus Christ somewhere in September (Luke 2 – the birth of Jesus). Experts say around the end of September. I personally think Jesus was probably born on September 16. You know 9+16 = 25 and December is 12 which represent the spiritual and physical combined.

With God, one is the spirit realm and two is the physical realm – what we call reality.

This the model for any that is righteous, because the spirit existed before the flesh. The spirit is what created the flesh. This is why God says no sex before marriage. You are supposed to get married spiritually first which is sealed by a ceremony and then the flesh play can start. And the act of sex – a physical representation of the spiritual joining – is sealed by the creation of a child. Any other way is unrighteous and has to do with the DEVIL

This is why when Pharaoh has his dream it had to come in two forms for it to really happen.

Christmas is the celebration of when Jesus Christ the son of God enter the World. He was God gift to the world. Jesus Christ is the savior of all people. Because he was the Son of God he could live a perfect life as a human being without sinning. (sin is when you do something wrong like lying, stealing, wanting what your friend has etc. Because of sin we get sick and grow old and eventually die.)

But Jesus turned that all around by living a perfect life and dying on the cross, and rising from the dead, for the sins of the world. All we have to do now is believe on him and we to will be able to live again when we die just like Jesus did when he died. Until then we just have to believe and God sends his holy spirit to live in us making us better people until we are resurrected in to our new perfect bodies that Jesus has prepared for us.

Mushroom, red bell pepper and mushroom frittata, quick and easy, perfect for brunch!

Turkey Mushroom Frittata

2 cups Honeysuckle White Whole Turkey, cooked, shredded
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 medium potato, cooked, peeled, cubed
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1. Sauté onion, pepper and garlic for 3 minutes or until onions are translucent. Add potato and mushrooms and cook 3 minutes. Add rosemary, salt, pepper, turkey and beaten eggs and reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until frittata is lightly brown and firm.
2. Top with Parmesan cheese and place under broiler for 3 minutes to brown.

Makes 6 servings.

Do you think fragrances enhance the way we see ourselves?

Society, today, has become very vanity based. What we look like has become forefront in life and the way we experience it. Everything is base on what we look like. Inner beauty or who we really are has less value in today’s world. But there is a practice in our culture that does transcend our mere superficial view of ourselves. It is the use of fragrances as a beauty enhancer.

Fragrances cannot be seen. Yet it’s presence can invoke and provoke our senses to a higher level. Fragrances, with every invisible molecule, can transform a person from feeling ugly and depressed into feeling beautiful and upbeat.

Is it because we associate fragrances with flowers (most fragrances are created from flowers plus other spices and plants)? Or is there a psychological connection with these types of fragrances that causes the human psyche to connect it with beauty.

One theory I have about fragrances has to do with our spirit within us. I believe that invisible fragrances communicate with our spirits which is why we sense the beauty in a sweet smell and our minds translates this information in our physical well being. Fragrance show the connection between spirit, mind and body.

Just as there are sweet fragrances there are also “yucky” scents which evoke ugly visions and interpretations. I think these smells represent the ugly and sometimes downright evil spirits that exist out there.

I think blind people have a better take on this than the sighted, especially people who have been blind from birth. Their perceptions have not been contaminated by sight and ,therefore,they have a much purer interpretation of what each smell truly represents spiritually.

But we can all conclude that fragrance such as perfumes and colognes do make us feel beautiful even if we are wearing jeans and a T-shirt. The spirit is a powerful being. It is what runs our lives. Molecules of various scents is a metaphor for our spiritual selves. We do not see it physically but we know it’s there.

Just like God, the ultimate spirit from which all spirits stem from. Can you sense his fragrance of beauty and love or do you just sense the evil, ugly stench of the Devil everywhere?
