Eli Manning’s football genes may have been lying dormant but they are certainly awake now. He has sure validated his name and revitalized his floundering NFL career and shutting up negative criticism. But when one wears a name like Manning, football excellence and greatness is expected. Just when everyone may have been wondering about the legitamacy of his genes, he proves without a doubt that he is a true Manning. His brother Peyton, Indianapolis Colts 2007 Super Bowl Champion and MVP was the jubilant cheerleader in his spectator role. Eli’s father, Archie Manning – a former NFL quarterback, couldn’t have been prouder although he was quite reserved about it as he enjoyed his double stuffed oreo cookies. I guess Super Bowl victories are becoming the norm especially back to back Manning Super Bowl MVPs.
